Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the GSA sales team to identify new business opportunities, travel agents, and market segments
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives
- Analyze market trends and financial performance to recommend strategic improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, government bodies, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate routes, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities
- Enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction within the assigned territory
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 8+ years of sales experience in the airline or hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the travel and aviation industry
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and profitability
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Valid Indian Driver’s License
