Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Zonal Sales Manager for a leading Indian MNC specializing in Industrial Heating Solutions. The role is responsible for driving business growth through OEM, Project, and Capital Equipment Sales across the assigned territory while developing strong relationships with end customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.

The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-commercial knowledge of industrial heating products and a proven track record in capital equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve regional business targets for Industrial Heating products.
  • Generate new business opportunities through OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and key industrial accounts.
  • Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with proposal and engineering teams to provide customized technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, pipeline reports, and sales MIS.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across business divisions.
  • Support new product introductions, retrofit projects, revamp opportunities, and value-added service offerings.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop and manage business.

Candidate Profile

  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Industrial Boiler, Heating Equipment, Capital Equipment, OEM Sales, or Project Sales.
  • Strong exposure to techno-commercial sales and business development.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and industrial end users.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
