Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve sales targets, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves planning sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring team members to drive performance. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Revenue Generation, and Target Achievement
  • Proficiency in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Performance Management
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise
  • Experience with Market Analysis and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus
