Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will manage and lead sales operations, develop effective sales strategies, identify and capture new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience with Market Analysis, Opportunity Identification, and Lead Generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- An aptitude for leadership and team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Past experience in digital service domains is a plus
