Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, Responsible for sales of products within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the ABB India, Electrification Business Smart Buildings Products in India. will be based at Faridabad - India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
ABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for any building type, through new installations or retrofit solutions. The Division offers integrated digital technologies to control HVAC, lighting, shutters, and security, in addition to energy distribution solutions including DIN rail products, enclosures and emergency lighting through to industrial plugs and sockets and conventional wiring accessories, accommodating for single family homes, multiple dwellings, commercial buildings, infrastructure and industrial applications. The Division’s highly innovative technologies and digital solutions serve rising global demand among real estate developers, owners, and investors for smart building technologies that optimize energy distribution and building automation. The scalable solutions aim to deliver significant sustainable and financial benefits, meeting social and environmental demands, while being able to address even the most complex of customers’ carbon reduction strategies.

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Business Ownership & Targets: Own complete business targets for the assigned CWA cluster, including value, volume, profitability, product mix, order booking, and revenue forecasting, and monthly targets.
- Sales Strategy & Market Development: Develop and execute local sales strategies and business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and support expansion with builders, large contractors, and key customers.
- Partner & Customer Management: Build and sustain a reliable partner network, create a loyal customer base, and maintain effective relationships to deliver value-added solutions and completed transactions.
- Collaboration, Promotion & Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams, manage marketing tools and sample infrastructure, conduct promotional activities (workshops, seminars, trainings), and support sales processes and capability development.
- Customer Insight & Performance Management: Implement customer surveys, understand customer needs, ensure high customer satisfaction, and enhance continuous improvement through performance reviews, reporting, and cross-collaboration.
- Qualification: BE or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent discipline; Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA.
- Industry Experience: 5–10 years of relevant industry experience in wiring accessories or low-voltage products.
- Domain: Extensive exposure to Low Voltage products, with emphasis on Wiring Accessories (CWA).
- Forecast & Target Achievement: Execute strategies to meet monthly sales forecasts across all CWA product ranges.
- Marketing Tools Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for CWA marketing tools, including sample boards, kits, and mock-up room requirements.
- Sales & Market Support: Support sales teams through effective product demonstrations, promotions, and market-facing activities.
- Business Focus: Dedicated orientation toward attaining business objectives through planning, execution, and continuous performance tracking.
