Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager - Real Estate to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Bengaluru South office. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, driving property sales and leasing, leading a sales team, preparing and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions. This on-site position requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry.

- Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills for Managing Multiple Clients and Properties
- Understanding of Real Estate Market Trends and Regulations
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Reporting, and Sales Performance Analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market will be an added advantage
