Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, developing and nurturing client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, negotiating deals, conducting market analyses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also play a critical role in setting sales goals and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to create effective sales strategies
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Knowledge of real estate markets and property regulations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred
