Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is located in Hapur. The Sales Manager will lead the branch sales team to achieve business targets, develop and maintain customer relationships, and oversee day-to-day branch operations. Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, training and mentoring staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, devising and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Maintaining relationships with key clients and exploring opportunities for business growth will also be essential.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management abilities to lead a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and handling corporate or retail clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor sales performance and address challenges proactively
- Understanding of banking products, market dynamics, and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or sales is highly desirable
- Ability to work on-site and manage day-to-day operations effectively
