Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

Location: Camac Street, Kolkata

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive hotel and banquet revenue
• Generate leads and acquire new corporate and individual clients
• Manage banquet sales including events, conferences, and group bookings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in West Bengal
• Prepare sales reports and MIS

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3+ years experience in hotel/banquet sales
• Strong network in West Bengal market (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with good client handling ability

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
