Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, overseeing key accounts, preparing sales reports, identifying market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align goals. The Sales Manager will also represent Signum Hotels and Resorts’ brand values and service standards while promoting our range of hospitality offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and client acquisition
- Strong account management, client relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with luxury and sustainable tourism concepts
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM tools and office software for reporting and data management
- Understanding of digital marketing as it pertains to sales and client engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field
- Professional experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferable
