Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Faridabad/Gurgaon/Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. - Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Reporting, and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team-Building skills
- Solid understanding of Negotiation and Closing Strategies
- Familiarity with CRM Software and Sales Tools is preferred
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
