🔹 Job Overview

TEALIM Dental Science is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Head to lead and expand our digital dentistry business in India.

The role focuses on developing sales opportunities for intraoral scanners and related dental digital devices, with a strong emphasis on dental laboratories and clinics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for dental digital devices (intraoral scanners, etc.)

Identify and build strong relationships with dental labs, clinics, and dealer networks

Conduct product demonstrations and support customer decision-making

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Manage and expand the company’s presence in Delhi NCR and North India

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

🔹 Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience

Proven experience in dental digital devices or related dental equipment sales

Strong network within dental labs and/or dental clinics preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Self-driven, responsible, and result-oriented mindset

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

Experience with intraoral scanners or digital dentistry solutions

Ability to conduct professional product demos

Experience in managing dealer or distribution networks
