Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with potential retailers, Distributors & Key Accounts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing/ campaigns and product teams to achieve business goals. The role will require excellent presentation skills and a target-driven approach to achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications


  • Experience in GT and Key accounts sales, business development, and client engagement
  • verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • A proactive mindset and goal-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of the wellness or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
