Are you a young and driven sales professional looking to build your career in B2B sales? We are hiring a Sales Executive for a leading fitness and wellness solutions organization.

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1–2 Years

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Industry Preference: B2B Sales / Fitness Equipment Sales

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of premium gym equipment solutions by engaging with clients across the hospitality, luxury real estate, fitness, and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Build relationships with hotels, luxury real estate developers, commercial gyms, fitness chains, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable fitness equipment solutions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and prepare sales proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
• Experience in selling gym equipment, fitness products, wellness solutions, or capital equipment will be preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client meetings and build long-term relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field sales role.
• Graduation/MBA preferred.
