About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to help professionals make informed decisions about their career growth and certification journey.
In this role, you'll engage with inbound leads, understand their career goals, and recommend the most suitable training programs based on their needs. Rather than following rigid sales scripts, you'll learn how to have meaningful consultative conversations that build trust and deliver value.
You will interact with working professionals, project managers, business analysts, IT professionals, team leads, and managers who are looking to upskill, earn certifications, or advance their careers. Your role will be to guide them through the decision-making process, support them during enrollment, and ensure they have a positive learning experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage with inbound leads through calls, emails, and messages
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and certification requirements
- Recommend suitable training programs and learning paths
- Build trust through consultative conversations rather than aggressive selling
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture them through the enrollment process
- Assist customers with registration, payment coordination, and onboarding information
- Address customer questions related to course content, schedules, trainers, and certification outcomes
- Reconnect with warm leads and past learners regarding relevant programs and upcoming cohorts
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates in the CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience
What we're looking for
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, customer engagement, or related roles
- Experience in ed-tech, professional training, online education, or certification sales is preferred
- Experience interacting with working professionals or career-focused learners is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building abilities
