We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about travel and possess strong communication and selling skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to the leads received from various sources.
  • Explain travel packages attractively and professionally to prospective customers.
  • Clearly communicate all package inclusions and exclusions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate remarks, customer interactions, and status updates on the CRM system.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and interested customers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers for better customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cross-sell and pitch other travel plans and packages whenever relevant.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall team goals.
  • Stay updated with current travel trends, destinations, and tourism-related knowledge.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of planned destinations, itineraries, and package details.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate travel-related guidance and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and customer experience. 


What are we looking for

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in the travel industry with a reputed travel company.
  • Educational background in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Any certification in Tourism or Travel Management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident personality with a strong sales pitch.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM handling and follow-up management.
  • Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about destinations and travel trends.
