Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will identify and prospect new clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present Tickling Ticket’s offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The Sales Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals. Daily responsibilities also involve updating CRM or sales tracking tools, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams (such as operations and customer service), and gathering market feedback to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Solid customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software for tracking leads and performance.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in ticketing, events, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Faridabad, with flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekends based on business needs.
