The company’s core capabilities span electronics component design, battery management, motor controllers, ECUs, and battery packs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. The candidate must be confident in handling clients, generating business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s overall sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Good spoken and written English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales goals.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to contribute to business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting/documentation skills will be an added advantage.
