Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing key relationships, converting prospects into customers, and meeting sales targets aligned with the company's growth goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, offering tailored solutions to customer inquiries, maintaining databases of leads, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service to retain clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Building
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and Client Engagement
- Familiarity with Market Research and Business Development strategies
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data management
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the home services or tech-enabled platforms is a plus
