Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Sales Executive specializing in student housing. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective students, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and driving bookings for verified student accommodations. Daily tasks include researching the market, responding to queries, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts with property providers. The role will also require collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to align objectives and achieve business success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Effective customer service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
  • Experience in market research, analyzing trends, and identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets within deadlines
  • Familiarity with the international education and student housing industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer software is desirable
