Sales Executive - Solar EPC

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end solar project sales, client acquisition, and coordination with technical teams.

• Generate leads and convert them into Solar EPC projects
  

• Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients
  

• Conduct site visits and understand project requirements
  

• Coordinate with technical/engineering teams for proposals and quotations
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  

• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project execution
  

• Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
  

• Track competitor activities and market trends
  

  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in Solar EPC sales (mandatory)
  

• Strong knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
  

• Good communication and negotiation skills
  

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
  

• Local market knowledge of Lucknow preferred
  

  
  

• Salary up to ₹28,000 per month
