Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhopal. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable options from the agency’s portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining project features, pricing, and regulatory compliance, and guiding clients through the end-to-end sales process. The role involves maintaining relationships with developers, tracking inventory, preparing proposals, and following up with leads to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive will also support documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely updates on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Sales and business development abilities, with a focus on lead generation, follow-up, and deal closure.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and regulatory frameworks such as TNCP and RERA.
  • Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and maintaining records.
  • Ability to conduct property presentations and site visits professionally and persuasively.
  • High level of integrity, customer service orientation, and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree; local language proficiency and fluency in English or Hindi are beneficial.
