Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and site visits, and present renewable energy solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely closure of deals. The role involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to develop accurate solutions, providing post-sales follow-up, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather competitor insights, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with experience managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct presentations, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of renewable energy solutions (preferably solar) and the ability to learn product and industry details quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, as well as common office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, or B2B solutions sales is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Nashik and willingness to travel as required.
- Professional work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and commitment to supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
