Role Overview
Terralogic is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth across our Cybersecurity Products and Services portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise B2B sales, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships within the cybersecurity domain.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, collaborating with technical teams, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner engagement.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Solution Selling
- Position Terralogic's Cybersecurity Products and Services based on customer business needs.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to develop customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Present cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and consulting offerings to decision-makers.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries in collaboration with internal teams.
Account Management
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, and Procurement teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term engagements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity updates in the CRM.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Represent Terralogic at customer meetings, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales for Cybersecurity Products or Services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and managed security services.
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- Managed Security Services (MSS)
- SOC Services
- SIEM
- MDR/XDR
- Cloud Security
- IAM/PAM
- Network Security
- Endpoint Security
- Vulnerability Management
- DevSecOps
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, or Technology sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM platforms.
- Understanding of OEM ecosystem such as Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Cisco, SentinelOne, Splunk, or similar vendors.
- Existing enterprise customer network is an added advantage.
