Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager ? With a strong presence across India, we deliver innovative, energy-efficient, and safe electrical solutions for industrial and infrastructure applications.(More about Neptune) Job Location: ?Lucknow, Indore, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Rajkot, Bhopal, Kochi, Vizag, Chandigarh, Raipur, Patna, Guwahati, etc. Position Level: Position 1: Area Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Engineer: 7?9 year?s experience Position 2: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer: 3?5 years? experience Position 3: Trainee / Junior Sales Engineer: Freshers or up to 1 year experience MBA (Electrical Engineers preferred) Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage B2B sales for electrical products such as switchgears, control panels, EV chargers, relays, meters, plugs & sockets . Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, panel builders, EPCs, and distributors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and collection goals. Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and field visits. Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and delivery schedules. Track competitor activities and market trends. Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts for management review. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred. Experience: 3?5 years in sales of electrical equipment, switchgear, or related industrial products. 7?9 years for senior sales / area sales manager roles. Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Candidates from Tier 2 cities preferred for regional presence. Salary & Benefits: CTC: Competitive, based on experience & performance.
