Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Kishangarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, meeting sales targets, and presenting financial products and services. Additional responsibilities include market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Proficiency in market research and creating sales strategies to drive business growth
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities
• Basic understanding of financial products and services (NBFC experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven, dynamic environment
• Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous
