About Us

OSMS Turf Private Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in premium artificial turf and innovative landscaping solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our customer base and contribute to our continued growth.

✅ Connect with assigned leads through outbound and inbound calls.

✅ Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand customer requirements.

✅ Present our products and explain their benefits effectively.

✅ Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

✅ Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.

✅ Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer interactions.

✅ Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

✔️ 2–3 years of sales experience (preferred in Artificial Turf, Landscaping, Construction Materials, Building Products, Sports Infrastructure, or related industries).

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

✔️ Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

✔️ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

⭐ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

⭐ Understanding of both B2B & B2C sales processes.

⭐ Marketing and lead generation experience will be an added advantage.
