Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting regular client meetings and presentations. The Sales Executive will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and promote Nivion Global Services’ digital marketing, IT support, and consulting solutions. Daily activities include prospecting, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting key metrics, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and market outreach.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and presenting services related to digital marketing, IT support, or business consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships at multiple levels.
  • Solid business acumen, including understanding of technology-enabled services, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software to manage contacts, track activities, and prepare reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales efforts with service delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in services or technology sectors, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to work.
