We’re Hiring: Sales Executive


Kidology is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to help grow our offline retail network. If you enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and driving sales on the ground, we’d love to hear from you.


Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)


Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)


Experience Required: 2+ years


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Expand Kidology’s presence by onboarding and managing retail stores, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
  2. Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  3. Drive sales through field visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  4. Present products to retailers and help increase product visibility across outlets.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, inventory availability, and customer support.
  6. Resolve customer queries and maintain high service standards.
  7. Track competitor activities, gather market insights, and share feedback with the team.
  8. Maintain accurate sales reports using Microsoft Excel and other sales tools.


What We’re Looking For:


  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in offline/B2B sales.
  2. Experience working with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
  3. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Experience in lead generation and sales through calls and email outreach.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic MS Office tools.
  6. Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar is a must.
  7. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  8. Willingness to travel 10-20% as part of the role.
  9. Immediate joiners preferred.


Preferred:


Experience in toys, baby products, FMCG, consumer goods, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
