Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales Executive/Business Development profile.

The role involves client outreach, handling charter enquiries, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, and assisting in converting enquiries into confirmed business. This position is suited for someone who is confident in communication, serious about sales, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and research
  • Handle client enquiries and assist in closing charter bookings
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients
  • Coordinate with operations and internal teams for quotations and execution
  • Maintain client records and sales data
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and database building
  • Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations
  • Support overall business development activities


Required skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and handling conversations professionally
  • Strong follow-up skills and sales mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory
