We work with selected developers and serious homebuyers to offer premium villas in gated communities, with complete clarity on pricing, product value, and long-term potential.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Hayathnagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, presenting real estate options, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the real estate team to drive revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Communication and presentation skills for engaging with potential clients and delivering persuasive sales pitches
  • Organization and time management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and related sales processes is an advantage
  • Gith the ability to work independently
  • Relevant educational qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in real estate or a sales-oriented role is an added advantage.
