Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and handle customer enquiries through calls and follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales performance
• Manage order processing, quotations, invoices, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and sales data
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals
• Ensure timely follow-ups on payments and customer requirements
  
  

Preferred Knowledge & Technical Background

Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will be given preference:

• Water Treatment Systems
• Wastewater Treatment Processes
• RO Plants (Reverse Osmosis)
• STP (Sewage Treatment Plants)
• ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants)
• WTP (Water Treatment Plants)
• Mechanical Engineering – especially in pumps, valves, piping, and plant equipment
• Chemical Engineering – including dosing systems, process chemistry, and treatment chemicals
