We're Hiring - Travel Sales Executive (Inbound - Domestic B2C)
Location: Noida
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year in Travel Sales (Mandatory)
Who Should Apply:- You have 1+ year of experience in Travel Sales, Tour Package Sales, or Holiday Package Sales
- You have hands-on experience in Domestic B2C Travel Sales
- You understand how to convert inbound travel enquiries into confirmed bookings
- You have strong knowledge of any Indian travel destinations like Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Kerala, Rajasthan, and more.
- You can understand customer requirements, budgets, and travel preferences and recommend suitable travel solutions
- You have experience creating and selling customized domestic tour packages
- You are confident in handling customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- You have strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and sales closing skills
- You are target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
- You are comfortable using CRM tools, maintaining lead records, and managing customer interactions
- You can coordinate effectively with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth trip execution
- Handling inbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Selling domestic holiday packages to B2C customers
- Creating customized tour packages based on customer requirements
- Suggesting destinations, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, and travel experiences
- Explaining package pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and booking processes
- Following up with leads and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Managing and updating customer information in CRM systems
- Coordinating with operations teams and travel partners
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
- You do not have experience in Travel Sales or Tour Package Sales
- You do not have experience in Domestic B2C Travel Sales
- You have no knowledge of Indian travel destinations and itineraries
- You are not comfortable handling customers directly
- You are looking for a non-sales role
- You are not comfortable working with targets and performance goals
