Role Overview


Hemant Enterprises is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to generate business and build strong customer relationships. Candidates with knowledge of the plumbing and sanitary ware industry will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and leads.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.


Requirements


  • Prior experience in a sales role is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of the plumbing and sanitary ware industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude with a proactive, target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
