Real Estate Sales Executive Vacancy ? 3?7 Years Experience Required Location: Dholera /Ahmedabad? Job Type: Full-Time? Department: Sales? Reports To: General Manager Working Days : Mon ? Sat? Office Time : 9:30 am ? 6:30 pm Experience : 3?7 years in Real Estate Industry Job Summary The Real Estate Executive is responsible for managing property sales, client relations, and business development activities within the real estate division. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. and contribute to achieving company sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. Negotiate and close property sales deals effectively. Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor progress. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Oversee client communications to ensure exceptional customer service. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Marketing & Networking Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses. Maintain a professional presence in the community to enhance brand visibility. 5. Administrative & Reporting Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for General Manager. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales executive?in real estate (3?7 years preferred). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Skills & Competencies Target-driven with a strategic mindset. Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced, competitive market.
