Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Specialist, located in Chennai. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships, and converting prospects into clients. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent service, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer relationship management, or related roles
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales platforms is advantageous
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual with problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
