This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, located in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with retailers and distributors, identifying new market opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting market research, promoting MIRRAH FOODS' products, providing customer support, and generating regular sales reports. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively within a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Experience in relationship management with retailers, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Market research and data analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to meet sales targets consistently
  • Basic understanding of the FMCG sector and consumer preferences
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Nagpur
  • Prior sales experience in the FMCG segment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
