Role Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives who are interested in field sales and client visits.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
• Market research and business development experience
• Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in natural products, sustainable agriculture, or food industries is a plus
• Familiarity with the local market in Jharkhand and fluency in regional languages are beneficial
