Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chinchwad. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, present product offerings, and demonstrate the value of Enviro Genesis Solutions’ waste processing machines. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, preparing quotations and proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role also involves conducting site visits, coordinating with technical and operations teams to address customer requirements, and providing after-sales support where needed. The Sales Executive will track sales activities, report on performance, and contribute feedback to improve products and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Solid communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Basic understanding of industrial machines, engineering, or waste management solutions (experience in environmental or manufacturing sectors is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in using productivity and CRM tools for managing contacts, sales pipelines, and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an on-site field environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required for client meetings and site visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
