Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and present ElevateU’s training programs to prospective clients, including institutions, organizations, and individuals. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. The role also involves maintaining a strong sales pipeline, updating CRM records, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and program teams to align offerings with market needs. The Sales Executive will represent ElevateU at events, sessions, and presentations to promote programs and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in education, training, or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to understand client needs, craft relevant solutions, and articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in education, training, and career development, and willingness to continuously learn about ElevateU’s programs.
