Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners, as well as nurturing relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, explaining Divine Healthcare’s services, and negotiating agreements aligned with company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with operations and patient support teams to ensure accurate communication of services, smooth partner onboarding, and timely issue resolution. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, maintain detailed sales records, prepare regular performance reports, and meet or exceed defined sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in healthcare or services sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of healthcare processes, insurance workflows, or patient support services (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to track pipelines and report performance.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or service-based sales in the Delhi/NCR market is an advantage.
