Job Title: Sales Executive – Automobile Showroom
Location: Samastipur, Bihar
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and coordinate with the finance and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely completion of all sales-related paperwork.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
