Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and building relationships with prospective customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate products. The role also involves achieving sales targets, providing insights and feedback to enhance the customer experience, and staying updated on industry trends to communicate product advantages effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Customer service expertise, with a customer-first approach to engagement and problem-solving
• Proficiency in maintaining records of sales activities and utilizing relevant digital sales tools
• A keen interest in sustainability, fashion, or jewelry, with knowledge of the lab-grown diamond market being an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
