Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years
Industry: Real Estate (Commercial Sales Only)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for commercial real estate projects.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial property solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and commercial property inventory.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
Core commercial real estate experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Professional approach with good presentation skills.
