Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Dwarka, Delhi . The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales process to meet targets. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining customer accounts, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the logistics team to deliver tailored solutions and provide excellent levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development with a results-oriented approach
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer needs
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management is a strong advantage
• Proficient in CRM software and basic MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in sales, specifically in logistics or related industries, is a plus
