We are growing fast and looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our remote team and help more Americans get the hearing care they deserve.


🔍 Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at BuyHearingAid.com, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will handle inbound leads, follow up on inquiries, guide customers through the buying journey, and close sales — all over phone, chat, and email. This is a high-impact role where your performance directly drives company revenue.


📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and email inquiries from potential hearing aid customers • Understand customer needs and recommend the right hearing aid solution from our brand portfolio • Follow up on leads proactively and move prospects through the sales funnel • Explain product features, pricing, insurance options, and financing clearly and confidently • Coordinate with our Telehealth Audiologist team for smooth customer handoffs • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals


✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience — inside sales, telesales, or phone-based sales preferred • Excellent English communication skills — confident, persuasive, and warm on calls • Strong listening skills — ability to understand customer concerns and respond empathetically • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Availability to work during US business hours (EST / CST / PST)

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace

• Experience selling healthcare, medical devices, or wellness products • Prior knowledge of hearing aids or audiology industry • Experience handling US customers specifically • Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals
