The Path to a Permanent Career

​We follow a two-step hiring process to ensure we bring only the best onto our permanent payroll:

​Phase 1 (The Launch): You start on a pure commission basis. This is your time to shine.
​Earnings: Freshers can earn up to ₹1,00,000 per month based on their closing ability.

​Goal: Demonstrate your sales DNA and consistency.
​Phase 2 (The Core Team): Top performers will be transitioned into Permanent In-House Roles at our Coimbatore office.
​Reward: Secure a fixed salary, long-term stability, and a seat in our core operations team.

What You Will Do
​Close Deals: Convert high-intent leads into enrollments for our software development programs.
​Consultative Sales: Guide students, graduates, and those with career gaps toward high-income IT careers.
​Manage Pipeline: Take full ownership of your sales funnel, from the first call to final closing.
​Drive Growth: Contribute directly to the expansion of Bridgeon’s footprint in Tamil Nadu.

​Who We Are Looking For
​The "Closer" Mindset: You don’t just "talk" to leads; you seal the deal.
​Fluent in Tamil: You must be able to communicate persuasively and naturally in Tamil.
​Ambitious Freshers: We value hunger and grit over years of experience.
​Location: Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore once transitioned to a permanent role.
