Location: Gurgaon Department: Sales & Marketing ? Pharma Division Reporting To: Area Sales Executive/ Regional Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry to promote and sell biological injectable products such as Ozempic, Erythropoietin, and other specialized therapies. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understand complex therapies, and achieve sales targets within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell biological injectable products to physicians, endocrinologists, nephrologists, diabetologists, hospitals, and specialty clinics. Conduct regular visits to assigned healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions to build strong relationships and increase brand awareness. Provide scientific and product information to support the safe and effective use of therapies. Execute product positioning and marketing strategies as per company guidelines. Organize and participate in CMEs, workshops, and product presentations. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends; provide timely feedback to management. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the assigned territory. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools and submit reports as required. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor?s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. 1?3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in selling injectables, biologics. Strong knowledge of diabetes, nephrology, endocrinology, and/or oncology therapeutic areas is a plus. Previous experience in selling Ozempic, Erythropoietin, or similar biopharma products. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with pharma compliance and ethical selling practices. S kills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized Need pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in selling injectables, biologics. Ability to understand and explain complex medical information Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
