Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative who will actively travel across India to generate sales, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence. The candidate will spend 20–22 days per month traveling to meet existing and potential customers, present products, and secure new business opportunities.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to independently manage customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Travel 20–22 days per month across India to meet customers and develop business opportunities.
Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat business.
Identify and approach new potential clients, distributors, and dealers to expand market reach.
Conduct face-to-face product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches.
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed sales orders.
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing patterns, and customer feedback.
Maintain detailed records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and travel updates to management.
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales.
Willingness to travel extensively (20–22 days per month).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
