Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in North indua, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The Sales Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach and strong communication skills to expand AVS International's market reach.

Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client connections.
- Market research and data analysis skills to identify opportunities and trends in agricultural and construction equipment.
- Proficiency in presentation and product demonstration techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments for seamless customer experience.
- Knowledge of the agricultural and construction equipment industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and exhibitions as needed.
